Approval of School District Bond Issue
Shall the school board of Independent School District No. 2754 (Cedar Mountain) be authorized to issue its general obligation school building bonds in an amount not to exceed $16,260,000 to provide funds for the acquisition and betterment of school sites and facilities, including the acquisition, construction and installation of a geothermal heating system and boiler at the elementary school site and facility; the decommissioning of a fuel storage tank; the acquisition and installation of new HVAC equipment and a dehumidification system at the high school site and facility; the acquisition and installation of replacement windows; the construction of roofing repairs and improvements; renovations and repairs to the exterior façade of the elementary school; the upgrading of ceilings, casework, flooring and finishes; the remodeling and renovation of restrooms; the acquisition and installation of furniture and classroom furnishings; and the replacement of bleachers?
